At Mycin we want you to be pleased every time you shop with us.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund for goods returned within 14 days of receipt.
Your purchase should be returned to us in its original condition and packaging. It must be in a saleable condition. Please enclose a copy of the delivery note with the exchange/refund section fully completed.
Unfortunately for hygiene reasons, we cannot offer an exchange or refund on earrings.
We strongly recommend that you return your item to us using a system that can be fully tracked and traced, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or not delivered. You must be responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the item to us.
The above returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Upon receipt we shall send you an email confirmation of your exchange or refund as soon as it has been processed.
